Excellent Service - Technical Support Above and Beyond. I had a broken pipe that lead away from my unit over the weekend. It was past business hours. Stephen and Richard came to my home as their day was coming to an end and helped me with … More my broken pipe. If it wasn’t for their dedication, I would of been without water for the entire weekend. When Rainsoft says they back their product, they don’t play around and it’s literal.I had a black out on my property due to a pesky squirrel. I called Stephen and Richard at the last minute and while off the clock, they came by and reconfigured my RainSoft units. Calling Stephen and Richard to my house feels more like calling your handy Uncle Joe than a corporation.

Just had their water purification system installed in my family's house. Compared to how much I spent on water bottles a year it's a better investment to get their system and drink cleaner water straight out the tap! Very funny … More and kind employees in this buisness.
